PS4s On eBay Selling For $1,500

PS4s with P.T. installed are on sale on eBay for $1,500

By Hunter Braine

The biggest story this week has been the cancellation of Konami's Silent Hills game, and the removal of the P.T. or Playable Teaser from the PlayStation store set to take place later today.

This has led to multiple listings on the popular auction site eBay of PS4s with the P.T. installed for around $1,500, even going up to as much as $1,800.  Keep in mind that the P.T. is still available for download on the PlayStation store until later today.

Silent Hills was originally announced at Gamescom 2014 showing off the P.T. which shortly after became available on the PlayStation store as a free demo.  P.T. later became one of the most popular downloads on the store and some of the most viewed videos on YouTube.

Call of Duty Introducing Female Lead In Black Ops III

Call of Duty: Black Ops III introduces a "gender neutral" story

By Hunter Braine

Treyarch's Call of Duty: Black Ops III will be featuring the first female lead character playable in the story mode.  Players will be able to choose the gender at the beginning of the story, developer Treyarch says they took inspiration from the Mass Effect series, having a gender neutral story where the script doesn't change based on the players gender.

The campaign also supports four player co-op in the campaign, with each player choosing the gender of the protagonist, players could potentially have four female leads in the story.

Treyarch also discussed the customization options in Black Ops III, detailing how players can modify outfits, weapons, paint jobs, and more and that would show throughout every game mode.

This raises an interesting question as to how much Treyarch took from the Mass Effect series, hinting that the character the player creates could be played in many different ways and not have a solid identity like in previous games, Black Ops II started playing with this idea with the different choices Alex Mason makes throughout the story.
